Why We Built This Site
Texas warrant and court records are distributed by the court that issues a case and the agency that serves the resulting process. Johnson County has three district courts, two County Courts at Law, four justice precincts, and eleven municipal courts. A municipal missed-appearance case may stay with that city court; a county or district case follows a different clerk and record route. The Sheriff’s Office serves process, while the court or clerk can explain the case record. A result missing from one office does not prove that no record exists elsewhere. This site helps readers identify the likely office and verify details with the official source.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Texas court, sheriff’s office, or state agency. There are real limits to what it can provide:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those companies set their own prices, terms, and data practices. If a search leads to a paid signup, the site may receive a referral fee. We do not control the provider’s results or charges, and those results are not an official warrant check.
